A few things to know.

Can I order a town mug that already has a local shop?

Send an inquiry with the design and quantity. Ashley will confirm what is possible within the existing local partnership and may coordinate the order with that shop.

Can my business resell the mugs?

Tell Ashley about your shop and the town you have in mind. Retail availability and partnership terms are considered individually.

Does a custom project include new artwork?

A fully custom project means a new illustrated design for your business, event, or organization, with a minimum of 288 mugs. New projects are being considered for 2027; the scope and schedule are agreed by email.
